INGREDIENTS:
- CHICKEN:500 GMS
- SPINACH/PAALAK-250 GMS OR THREE MEDIUM BUNCHES.
- ONIONS-1 no (SLICED)
- GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE/ADRAK LASSAN-1 TBSP
- RED CHILLI POWDER/LAL MIRCH-2 TSP
- CUMIN POWDER/ZEERA-1 TSP
- TURMERIC POWDER/HALDI-1 TSP
- BAY LEAVES/ TEJ PATTA- 2no
- CORRIANDER LEAVES/DHANYA-2TBSP (CHOPPED)
- SALT TO TASTE
- OIL - 3 TBSP
METHOD:
- CLEAN AND WASH THE CHICKEN THOROUGHLY.KEEP ASIDE.
- WASH THE SPINACH THOROUGHLY AND CHOP THEM.
- GRIND SPINACH WITH VERY LITTLE WATER .
- IN A DEEP PAN PUT OIL WARM IT UP AND ADD BAY LEAVES AND ONIONS.COOK TILL PINK AND PALE .
- ADD ALL THE SPICES AND GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE.
- COOK THE SPICES FOR FEW MINUTES .
- ADD CHICKEN AND COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT FOR 7-8 MINS.
- ADD SPINACH PASTE ,MIX WELL COVER AND COOK FOR 10 MINS, TILL THE GRAVY IS THICK AND ALL INGREDIENTS WELL COOKED.
- ADD CHOPPED CORRIANDER ,MIX.
- READY TO SERVE.
