- RED CARROT /GAAJAR-150 GMS
- CAPSICUM/SHIMLA MIRCH- 2 MEDIUM SIZED
- RED CHILLI POWDER /LAL MIRCH-1 TSP
- TURMERIC POWDER-1 TSP
- SALT TO TASTE
- FENNEL SEEDS/SAUNF-1/2 TSP
- MUSTARD SEEDS/RAI-1/2 TSP
- FENUGREEK SEEDS/METHI -1/2TSP
- CORRIANDER LEAVES/DHANYA- 1-2 TBSP(CHOPPED)
- OIL - 2 TBSP
METHOD:
- WASH THE CAULIFLOWER,SEPARATE THE FLORETS AND SOAK IN SALT WATER FOR 5 MINS.WASH AND DRAIN . KEEP ASIDE.
- CUT THE CARROTS AND CAPSICUM IN THIN STRIPS
- IN A DEEP PAN PUT OIL WARM IT UP , ADD THE SEEDS SAUTÉ FOR A MINUTE.
- ADD THE CHOPPED VEGETABLES AND SPICES.MIX WELL.
- COVER AND COOK TILL THE VEGETABLES ARE COOKED BUT A CRUNCH IS THERE IN THEM
- ADD CORRIANDER.
- AND IT IS READY TO SERVE.
