INGREDIENTS:
- YOGURT- 100GMS
- PINEAPPLE - 1 SLICE(CHOPPED)
- BOONDI - 4TBSP
- SUGAR - 2TSP
- SALT TO TASTE.
METHOD:
- WHISK THE YOUGURT ADDING 2TBSP WATER WITH SUGAR AND SALT,MIX WELL.
- ADD THE PINE APPLE PIECES AND HALF OF THE BOONDI.
- JUST BEFORE SERVING ADD THE REST BOONDI ON TOP ,THIS WAY THE BOONDI STAYS CRISPY.
- SPRINKLE RED CHILLI POWDER AND CUMIN POWDER(OPTIONAL).
- SERVE CHILLED OR AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
