SCHEZWAN -THIS IS A VERY POPULAR INDO-CHINESE RECIPE,THIS SAUCE IS MADE FROM RED CHILLIES, GARLIC AND SPICES,IT IS SERVED AS A DIP OR CAN BE USED IN GRAVIES AND RICE DISHES.
IT IS VERY SPICY AND FLAVOURFUL SAUCE ENHANCING THE TASTE WHEN ADDED TO YOUR DISHES, YOU SHOULD HAVE IT IN SMALL QUANTITIES AS IT IS VERY SPICY,A HOME MADE SAUCE IS HEALTHIER OPTION AS WE CAN RESTRICT THE USE OF ADDITIVES,SALT AND SUGAR.
I MADE IT WITH CHINGS SPICED POWDER.

PREPARATION TIME:5 -10 MINS
COOKING TIME:10 -15MINS
SERVES:3-4 PERSONS
INGREDIENTS:
- RICE COOKED- 2 CUPS
- MIXED VEGETABLES:1 CUP( I TOOK CORN,GREEN CAPSICUM AND CARROTS ALL CHOPPED FINELY)
- CHINGS SHEZWAN MASALA-3TBSP
- COOKING OIL-2TBSP
METHOD:
- IN A PAN PUT OIL AND PUT THE CHOPPED VEGETABLES AND COOK FOR 2-3 MINUTES ON A MEDIUM FLAME,DO NOT OVERCOOK THE VEGETABLES .
- IN A DEEP PAN PUT THE RICE AND ADD THE SAUTÉED VEGETABLES AND CHINGS POWDER .
- MIX WELL
- SERVE HOT .(I SERVED WITH GRILLED CHICKEN)
