INGREDIENTS:
- BROWN BREAD OR ANY BREAD OF YOUR CHOICE-6 SLICES
- MOZZARELLA CHEESE -3/4CUP GRATED
- BLACK PEPPER POWDER/KALI MIRCH-1/2 TSP
- BUTTER- 2 TSP
- TOMATO KETCHUP-2 TBSP
METHOD:
- REMOVE THE CORNERS OF THE BREAD SLICES , YOU CAN KEEP THEM IF YOU LIKE .
- GRATE THE MOZZARELLA AND ADD PEPPER POWDER .
- BUTTER THE SLICES ON ONE SIDE ,PUT MOZZARELLA CHEESE AND KETCHUP, COVER IT WITH ANOTHER SLICE AND PUT MOZZARELLA CHEESE AGAIN AND COVER WITH A BREAD SLICE .
- HEAT A PAN SMEAR WITH LITTLE BUTTER AND TOAST THE SANDWICHES TILL GOLDEN BROWN AND THE CHEESE MELTS.I COVERED AND COOKED THEM FOR A MINUTE .
- CUT THEM IN DESIRED SHAPE AND SERVE .
